Return Policy

Goods to be returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery & 7 days for helmets.

• Items must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging.
• Items contained within this packaging must be in original condition.
• Items must be received to Bikers Gear Australia Limited. within 10 Working days of being shipped.
• Part numbers on the returned items must be legible and undamaged.

EXCHANGE/RETURN TIME FRAME

1. You can exchange with same articles in different sizes and colors as well as exchange with the different article but the difference of the amount has to be paid by the customer. However, exchange will be dependent on the availability of the product.
   
   

2. If you are wanting to exchange a product due to size or colour, Bikers Gear Australia will be happy to assist you.

3. A flat rate GBP5 return freight charge applies to all exchanges to cover the cost of returning the exchanged goods to you.
   
   

4. If your original order qualified for the “Free Shipping" a freight fee equivalent to the original postage cost incurred by Bikers Gear Australia will apply and be deducted from the refund amount. 

5. Bikers Gear Australia asks that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.
   
   
6. For refunds, 3 to 5 business days should be allowed from the date Bikers Gear initiates refund. (Some delays may be experienced by movement of funds between various financial institutions)
   
   
7. (Time periods for items being returned to us can vary depending on your location, and shipping method you choose. Please allow us extra time to process your refund/exchange in this case).
