Great Customer Service

Ordered this jacket but was informed by phone that it was out of stock and "was there another jacket I liked?"
Only other jacket was slight cost increase, but was immediately told that the new jacket would be sent at no cost to me! (Black Roadster Classic).
Jacket was dispatched straight away and received it the very next day!
Before I ordered I asked if the jacket was made using soft leather, and true to their word the leather is soft and comfortable.
The jacket is well made, good stitching and uses YKK metal zips (brass colour).
Fit is good, and would probably recommend going 1 size up, but that would be a personal choice.
I would recommend these jackets and "Bikers gear Australia".
